Your account is you. Your profiles are how you play.
You do not need a new account for every team or tournament. A playing profile represents you individually, a pair or a team. You may see these called team profiles in ChallengeNow.
- Individual
- For playing on your own, such as singles.
- Duo
- For a partnership of two players. For doubles, use a clear name such as “Alex - Sam”.
- Team
- For a squad that plays together. Other players can join as members.

Reuse the Alex - Sam profile when it meets the entry requirements.
Alex + Kim → a different partnership
Create a separate Alex - Kim duo profile under the same account.
Two divisions → two entries
Register separately for each permitted division. A new entry does not automatically mean a new profile.

Choose the correct discipline, level and division. Check which profile is selected before joining.

Complete the registration
Follow the confirmation and payment instructions. Creating a profile or joining a team does not register you for an event.
Before you join
Can I have several profiles?
Yes. One account can manage multiple playing profiles. Reuse a suitable profile instead of creating a duplicate.
What if my profile does not match?
Check the activity’s requirements. Choose a suitable existing profile or create the required type. A profile being accepted by the app does not replace the organizer’s eligibility rules.
Can I join someone else’s team?
Yes, through a team invitation or code. Depending on the team’s settings, the owner or a captain may need to approve your request. Membership and ownership have different permissions; the owner handles competition registration.
Is a team code the same as an event code?
No. A team code is for membership of a team. A private league or event has its own access code from the organizer.
Do I pay once for all my entries?
Check the organizer’s fee and payment instructions for each entry. Do not assume a payment covers several divisions or that creating a profile reserves a place.
